Lindblad: ‘I have zero doubt that without the penalty we would have been P8 today’
Racing Bulls’ Arvid Lindblad finished 12th in the Dutch Grand Prix – but lamented an early penalty he got for a yellow flag infringement which he said was “a bit harsh”.
