WEEKEND WARM-UP: F1 returns as the drivers get ready to go racing in Zandvoort following the summer break
Formula 1 returns from its summer hiatus as the drivers get set to go racing at this weekend’s Dutch Grand Prix. And before we get going, our Weekend warm-up crew is on hand from inside the paddock to discuss all the latest F1 news.
The main topic of conversation at the moment is Max Verstappen, as the two-time world champion looks to equal Sebastian Vettel’s record of nine consecutive wins at his home race this weekend. But can anyone knock him off top spot?

His Red Bull team mate, Sergio Perez, will be looking to get back in the winners circle, having returned from the summer break with fresh hopes of taking the fight to Verstappen through the rest of the season.
Also, the crew look at the likes of McLaren, Mercedes, Ferrari, and Aston Martin. They dissect the close battle for second in the constructors’ championship, and give their verdict on which one of those teams is in the best place to challenge Red Bull.
The gang also assess the lay of the land at Alpine following a summer of managerial changes at the French outfit. Along with that, they look at Haas who recently announced that Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg will be staying with the team next season.
