WATCH: How Oscar Piastri clinched the 2020 Formula 3 title
With so much action in Formula 1 at the Tuscan Grand Prix last time out, you may have missed an awesome fight for the FIA Formula 3 championship title – so here's a chance to catch up.
Australian racer Oscar Piastri, driving for the PREMA team, managed to win on his series debut in Austria, the first round of the season – but it wasn't smooth sailing for the title from there.
Losing out in a rainy Styria race, he managed podiums in Hungary, but then lost his early championship lead with a DRS issue that caused retirement at Silverstone.
American team mate Logan Sargeant took the championship lead in Great Britain, in fact, and it was a real nailbiter from then on, though Piastri ultimately triumphed in the title fight at the last round at Mugello. Hit play on the video above to see how he clinched his maiden FIA F3 championship title.
