WATCH: Charles Leclerc shares his memories of Jules Bianchi
Ten years on from the passing of Jules Bianchi, Charles Leclerc has been reflecting on his memories of the French driver.
The legacy of Jules Bianchi continues to live on and, with today marking 10 years since the Frenchman’s passing, Charles Leclerc has shared his memories of him.
After rising through the ranks as part of the Ferrari Driver Academy, Bianchi made his Formula 1 debut for the Marussia team at the 2013 Australian Grand Prix and went on to impress many along the way, with a highlight being his points-scoring result at Monaco in 2014.
As well as remembering Bianchi as “the most competitive person I’ve ever met”, Leclerc – who was the French driver’s godson – also recalls how “kind of a human being he was”.
