Max Verstappen seized control of the Las Vegas Grand Prix from the start, as championship leader and polesitter Lando Norris was relegated to third.
Verstappen took full advantage to climb into the lead as Norris ran wide at the first corner, before George Russell also made his way past the McLaren driver into second place.

Ollie Bearman and Lewis Hamilton enjoyed the best starts however, with the former climbing six places to eighth, and the latter from the back of the grid to 12th.
