MUST-SEE: Massive Leclerc crash brings out red flags in FP2 in Saudi Arabia
With just minutes of Friday running left at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc brought out the first red flag of the day, after hitting the wall at Turn 23.
Having recorded the 10th-fastest time in FP2, Leclerc lost his Ferrari SF21 over the kerbs with five minutes of the session remaining, before sliding heavily into the barriers at Turn 23.

It was a big shunt – but fans breathed a sign of relief as the Monegasque driver hopped out of the cockpit and walked away, before heading to the medical centre for precautionary checks.
