Max Verstappen took a dominant seventh consecutive win of the season at this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix, with the Dutch driver leading home the McLaren of Lando Norris and Red Bull team mate Sergio Perez.
Starting from second on the grid, Verstappen made a brilliant getaway to take the lead at Turn 1, setting him up for a commanding ninth win of the year. Pole-sitter Lewis Hamilton lost out in the early exchanges dropping down to fourth, which is where he would finish.

Norris was able to hold off the fast charging Perez – who recovered from starting ninth on the grid to finish third – with the Briton taking his second consecutive P2 finish.
The other McLaren of Oscar Piastri followed Hamilton home in fifth, with George Russell benefitting from Charles Leclerc's five-second penalty for pit-lane speeding to take sixth. Leclerc wound up seventh, ahead of his Ferrari team mate Carlos Sainz.
There were no red flags or Safety Cars needed, although we did see both Alpines exit the race following a series of collisions on the opening lap, leaving the cars of Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly with terminal damage.
