HIGHLIGHTS: Catch up on FP3 from Mexico as Norris tops the timesheets
Lando Norris led the way in Free Practice 3 at the Mexico City Grand Prix, with title rivals Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen fifth and sixth fastest respectively.
Lando Norris topped Free Practice 3 at the Mexico City Grand Prix, leading the way by a significant margin ahead of Qualifying later on Saturday.
The McLaren driver set the fastest time in each sector on his soft tyre Qualifying simulation, resulting in a 1m 16.633s to put him 0.345s clear of Lewis Hamilton's Ferrari.
Max Verstappen had been quickest in the early stages on medium tyres, but could only manage sixth place on soft tyre run - 0.609s off Norris. His best effort was his third timed lap, highlighting the track evolution that could dominate Qualifying.
George Russell, Charles Leclerc, and championship leader Oscar Piastri were all ahead of Verstappen in the top five.
