A host of names – both new and old – will make their mark on track for the final time in 2024 as they take part in the post-season test at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, providing teams with valuable data ahead of the winter break.

To conclude the remarkable season, each of the 10 teams designates one car for Pirelli tyre testing, with the second left in the hands of young drivers to offer them vital experience in the upper tier of motorsport.

While some big names in F1 like Carlos Sainz and Nico Hulkenberg get the chance to test the waters with their new teams, rookies will also aim to find their limits around the track – for F2 champion Gabriel Bortoleto and Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli, it represents a crucial opportunity to acclimatise themselves with the major step up they must make ahead of their debut seasons.
